At, I want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Our Policy Offers a Full Refund within 30 Days of your date of purchase, with buyer paying return shipping. However, since we sell one of a kind items, some specialty items are not returnable and say no returns, sold as is. Those items can not be returned for a refund, those items are sold as is. For example, all watches are excluded from returns. All watches are sold as is, untested, for parts or repair. 



  1. Please email me at or send me a text at 1-616-566-7521 within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Include the order number
  3. I would love to know what went wrong, and how I can improve, so please include details about the reason for the return request.
  4. For Non Faulty Goods, your return should be made within 30 days of receipt.
  5. Please note, I need to receive the item safely back before any refund or replacement can be made. The item should be returned in the same condition it was received. Please also see insurance claims below.
  6. If you have received a faulty / damaged item please contact me as soon as possible after receipt of your order to arrange a refund. 
  7. Repackage the item, you can use the same shipping materials.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and I strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting for your records.
  8. When I receive the returned Item safely back in the same condition, I will process your refund immediately back to the account / card of original purchase.  Your financial institution may take up to 20 days to reflect your bank account / card. 



REMIjewels may, or may not, file electronic packaging images prior to ship ensuring carrier insurance not be contested by the USPS and your reimbursement from the shipper.

Please be aware that all computer monitors / mobile devices are calibrated differently and the colors you see on the screen may not exactly match the item you receive.

Shipping Delays:
REMIjewels is not responsible for any type of shipping delays by shipping carrier including, but not limited to, Natural & Man-Made Disasters, Weather Conditions, Transportation Issues, Etc.
Insurance Claims:
You MUST retain ALL packaging material in the event the product arrives damaged. FAILURE TO RETAIN PACKAGING will result in your claim being DENIED and all damages will be at the buyer’s expense. REMIjewels is NOT responsible for your shipping claim in the event an item arrives damaged, however, REMIjewels will do our best to provide support within our ability as requested by the buyer. Also, note any Claims must be reported within 24 hours of tracking confirmation delivery.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, there are times when a delivery fails to meet expectations due to no fault of my own
In these circumstances, I will do my best to find out what has happened and where the package has gone astray and I will keep you fully informed as the matter is being solved.

Please make sure that you’re supplying the correct shipping address in order to not have any difficulty or complication in the deliveries. REMIjewels won’t take any responsibility for the lost items in case of wrong address information caused by the client side.

We make sure that your order is neatly and safely packaged. Your order will come in a box or padded mailer with a protective backing to prevent bending along its travels.
