Return Policy Please Read

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase.  However, in the event, you are dissatisfied with your purchase.  You may return your purchase within 14 days.  Please contact me before sending items back.  So I can process your return as quickly as possible.  However, some speciality items for sale at REMIjewels say no returns, selling as is. Those items can not be returned for a refund, those items were for sale as is.

For non-faulty goods, your return should be made within 14 days of receipt.  The item should be returned in the condition it was received in, in as good of condition as when you received it.

You are also liable for return postal charges. Replacement goods in exchange for returns will be considered as a new order.  They will be subject to my standard post and packing charges.

If you have received a faulty/damaged item please contact me as soon as possible after receipt of your order to arrange a refund.  Please note I need to receive the returned item safely back before any refund or replacement can be made.  Please also see Insurance claims below.

For all returns I strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting for your records.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that all computer monitors / mobile devices are calibrated differently and the colors you see on the screen may not exactly match the item you receive.

REMIjewels may, or may not, file electronic packaging images prior to ship ensuring carrier insurance not be contested by the USPS and your reimbursement from the shipper.

WATCHES – Excluded from returns.  All watches are selling as is, untested, for repair. 

I offer a rapid postage service and aim to dispatch orders within two working days via USPS. Unless otherwise noted in the product shipping profile. At times, we may ship using an alternative carrier in the event an item is larger or more valuable.   REMIjewels is not obligated to ship using specific carriers and may or may not notify the customer.

I do not post until payment has been received.

All my items are well packaged to ensure safe delivery to yourself.


Shipping Delays:
REMIjewels is not responsible for any type of shipping delays by shipping carrier including, but not limited to, Natural & Man-Made Disasters, Weather Conditions, Transportation Issues, Etc.
Insurance Claims:
You MUST retain ALL packaging material in the event the product arrives damaged. FAILURE TO RETAIN PACKAGING will result in your claim being DENIED and all damages will be at the buyer’s expense. REMIjewels is NOT responsible for your shipping claim in the event an item arrives damaged, however, REMIjewels will do our best to provide support within our ability as requested by the buyer. Also, note any Claims must be reported within 24 hours of tracking confirmation delivery.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, there are times when a delivery fails to meet expectations due to no fault of my own
In these circumstances, I will do my best to find out what has happened and where the package has gone astray and I will keep you fully informed as the matter is being solved.

Please make sure that you’re supplying the correct shipping address in order to not have any difficulty or complication in the deliveries. REMIjewels won’t take any responsibility for the lost items in case of wrong address information caused by the client side.

We make sure that your order is neatly and safely packaged. Your order will come in a box or padded mailer with a protective backing to prevent bending along its travels.
