PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP:

  • Your order will come in a box or padded mailer with a protective backing to prevent bending along its travels.  Also, we will make sure that your order is neatly and safely packaged.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order with the carrier tracking number and a link to track your order. 

Tracking your shipments is easy. Sign up for tracking notifications to make it even easier! You can receive alerts when your packages are out for delivery or when packages are delivered. You can even request them to be held locally if you will be out of town or away when it is scheduled to be delivered. 

First, you’ll need to locate your tracking numbers. You should receive an email from REMIjewels once your order has been fulfilled. Click the link in the email for tracking information. You can also access this information when logged into your REMIjewels.com account and clicking into Recent Orders

Multiple Packages

REMIjewels tries very hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore at times, orders may be divided into multiple shipments. Be sure to subscribe to shipping notifications to ensure you know when your packages will arrive. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled with links to track each of your packages.


UPS

UPS shipments from REMIjewels may be shipped via UPS Air, UPS Ground or UPS SurePost. This is based on the size & weight.

 

With UPS SurePost, the delivery is started with UPS and handed off to USPS to complete the delivery by your local post office.

FedEx shipments from REMIjewels may be shipped via FedEx Express, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx SmartPost. This depends on the size & weight of the order.

 

With FedEx SmartPost, the delivery is started with FedEx and handed off to USPS to complete the delivery by your local post office.

US Postal Service, or USPS, shipments from REMIjewels may be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. This depends on the size & weight of your order

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS and USPS. This enables us to deliver packages to you more efficiently. Additionally, USPS will deliver your package to your local post office. Where your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your door or mailbox. This allows packages to arrive on Saturday, as well as any other business day. Also, tracking is still available through USPS and will indicate the estimated delivery date. This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • I am not responsible for items lost or damaged, in shipping.
  • Most items over $200 will require signature confirmation.

You MUST retain ALL packaging material in the event the product arrives damaged. FAILURE TO RETAIN PACKAGING will result in your claim being DENIED and all damages will be at the buyer’s expense. REMIjewels is NOT responsible for your shipping claim in the event an item arrives damaged, however, REMIjewels will do our best to provide support within our ability as requested by the buyer. Also, note any Claims must be reported within 24 hours of tracking confirmation delivery.
